Production artwork and sample review for a multi-national themed apparel collection spanning World Cup and Winter Olympics seasons. The program comprised 7 base styles across 7–8 countries, each in multiple colorways, totalling 50+ SKUs. With each country carrying its own distinct colour palette, the primary challenge was maintaining graphic accuracy and colour consistency across a high volume of variations — from Pantone specification through lab dip tracking and strike-off sign-off for each SKU.
My role: Main graphic designer on the program, reporting to the creative director. The core concepts were driven by the creative director, with 2 of the 7 base styles designed by me. I handled the production artwork and sample review end to end — Pantone specification, lab dip evaluation across each country’s palette, and strike-off sign-off for every SKU — coordinating with the project manager on factory delivery.
